How should I store my Chef Preserve jars?
Unopened jars should be stored in a cool, dark place for up to 18 months. Once opened, please keep them refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks for optimal freshness.
Are your products organic and preservative-free?
Yes, we use 100% natural ingredients sourced from local farms. We do not use artificial preservatives, colors, or high-fructose corn syrup in any of our recipes.
What is your shipping policy for fragile glass items?
We use eco-friendly, reinforced protective packaging specifically designed for glassware. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom and to select European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your specific location.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.
Are your preserves suitable for vegans?
The majority of our product line is vegan-friendly. We clearly label any items containing honey or other animal-derived ingredients on the product page and physical label.
